Who we are

What data we collect

• Account data — the email address and password you register with (passwords are stored only as a salted hash; we never see the plaintext).
• Project configuration — the keywords, subreddits and competitors you choose to monitor.
• Reddit data — only public data (a username you provide, its public karma, account age and public comments). We never ask for your Reddit password, never log into Reddit, and never post on your behalf.
• Billing data — a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.
• Usage data — basic analytics (see Cookies below).

How we use it

To provide the service (scan subreddits, score posts, draft replies), to bill your subscription, to send you the emails you opt into (lead alerts, daily summaries), and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Subprocessors

We share the minimum data necessary with: Stripe (payments), Mailgun (transactional email), Anthropic (AI reply drafting — your prompts/drafts are processed to generate text), Microsoft Clarity (privacy-preserving analytics), and our hosting provider. Reddit reads use Reddit's public endpoints.

Cookies & local storage

We store an authentication token in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in. We load Microsoft Clarity for aggregate, non-advertising analytics; it is not loaded for bots. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep your account and project data while your account is active. Delete your account (or email us) and we remove your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations (e.g. billing records).

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU GDPR), you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. Email [email protected] and we'll act within the legal timeframe.
